The Texas Moving Image Industry Incentive Program has been significantly expanded, backed by a $1.5 billion commitment over the next decade. Qualifying film and television productions can receive a 25% base cash grant, with additional incentives bringing the total benefit to as much as 31% of eligible Texas spending. The program has no per-project cap, making Texas one of the most competitive production incentive markets in the country.
